Meet Tal
Long before real estate, Tal knew she wanted a career centered around people. Born and raised in Hingham, she has deep roots in the South Shore and a firsthand understanding of the communities she now helps her clients call home.
After earning her business degree from Saint Michael's College, she quickly realized life behind a desk wasn't for her. Working in the restaurant industry taught her invaluable lessons: listen carefully, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and always put people first.
Those principles became the foundation of her real estate career.
Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2017, Tal has helped buyers, sellers, and investors across the South Shore, Greater Boston, and Plymouth County navigate one of life's biggest financial decisions with confidence.

Meet Leah
As Tal's business continued to grow, one thing became clear: delivering an exceptional client experience meant building the right team.
Born and raised in Abington, Leah brings her own deep South Shore roots to The Natalia Maccarrone Team, along with a strong foundation in marketing and communications. She earned both her bachelor's degree in marketing and master's degree in public relations from Bridgewater State University before joining the team in 2025.
Today, while Tal focuses on guiding clients through every stage of buying and selling, Leah works behind the scenes to ensure every listing receives maximum exposure and every transaction stays organized, efficient, and on track.
From coordinating marketing campaigns and showcasing homes online to keeping communication flowing smoothly, Leah plays an essential role in creating the seamless experience clients have come to expect.

Tal has spent years coaching high school volleyball and basketball, helping young athletes grow both on and off the court. She's also passionate about animal rescue and proudly donates a portion of every home sale to local animal shelters—a cause close to her heart thanks to her rescue dog, Bruin.
Leah is equally committed to helping others through her work as a Pilates instructor, encouraging health, confidence, and connection within the community.
Outside of real estate, you'll often find us spending time with family, supporting local businesses, attending community events, enjoying everything the South Shore has to offer, and cheering on the people who make these communities such wonderful places to call home.
